Cancellation Policy

Please come with bare nails or book a soak off!!! Any appointments cancelled after the 24 hour mark of their appointment will be charged 50% of their service. No call no shows will be charged the full price, please respect me and my time and let me know ahead of time. Rescheduling a cancelled appointment that was cancelled within 24 hours of the original appointment time must have a new appointment date selected within the following 72 hours or you will be charged the cancellation fee (50% of the appointment total) 15 minute grace period, after that a 10$ fee will be added to your tab. Being 30+ minutes late to your appointment will result in cancellation and you will be charged the cancellation fee. No kids unless they are being serviced, per my salons rules.
